” .  .  .  so what amazes me is that we have this national discussion about whether the NFL is too dangerous to even allow grown men to participate in and yet we put all sorts of things in place, including teams of doctors on the sidelines and unbelievable access to medical resources and technologies and education and we don’t provide any of those things to children that we expose to the exact same game by the same rules, knowing that brains are more vulnerable when you’re a child, knowing they don’t even have the verbal skills as a child to tell you when something’s wrong.”
